One room is a single room.
The double is a (large) room.
I am looking for someone who is either in full time education/ studies or employment to share the property with.
All I would expect from the potential tenants, is to be responsible, respectful, clean & tidy & pay the rent on time.
As for me.. I am a travelled soul with lots of wonderful & some crazy experiences. ( I used to be a DJ... once upon a time)
These days.. I am just a hard working/studying family man who loves to cook (more time) & have a good chat (when i can) over a cuppa tea.
I like to think I am sociable, wise & friendly, however i can & will respect ones privacy.
