The room is located on lower floor and we need someone responsible to rent it on short term contract or MAXIMUM 3. I also welcome short term as well as students and interns are welcome, please someone who has no issues with an 9 years old that mind his business. I work full time from home and weekends I am mostly away. Please note this is a SHORT TERM LET 3 MONTHS only:
West Norwood Train station is 2 minutes walk from the flat and the bus garage 1 minute away.
We give each other space in our flat but we strongly believe in communication.
