This flat is based just a 2 minute walk from Westferry DLR station and numerous bus routes providing access to all areas of London. Bank and Tower Gateway stations only 10 minutes away by DLR, cycle routes on the door step and the river just round the corner with access to the river taxis. Canary Wharf and the Jubilee Line are just a 10 minute walk away, with a vast array of fantastic shops, bars and restaurants.
The flat itself is on the 1st floor of a 3 storey building and has its own gated car park for security and privacy. There is a parking space for the residents to use as well as a visitor space.
A cleaner attends weekly, though I am looking for someone to take over the rooms who will be considerate of the shared spaces and contribute to keeping the flat clean. The other tenants in the flat work long hours and want to come home to a clean and tidy space where they can relax, cook, invite friends over for dinner, catch up and have a chat, but also sometimes just want to chill. At weekends they tend to be out and about but they are also very lovely, thoughtful, sociable and friendly.
