The flat comes with a spacious kitchen with all electrical appliances, living room with two seater sofa and a couch, balcony, concierge, residence gym. We have a strict no smoking policy indoors (but you are welcome to use the balcony at all times!)

The bedroom isn’t ensuite but your bathroom is located just outside and will be for private use only.

There is easy commute to and from central London with DLR connecting to Bank and Mile End station just a few bus stops away. Lidl and Tesco Express are located nearby too
As the property is managed by an agency, please be prepared to go through referencing. We are also expecting you to tolerate living with our cats (they are super friendly and quiet) and respect our flat ‘rules’ when it comes to weekly cleanups and keeping the property it in a presentable condition.
