We have a double bedroom available for reduced price of £900pcm from £1250 for at least 6 months.

About the flat:

It’s a Victorian flat, situated in a heart of Westminster (Zone 1). 5mins walk to St. James’s Park underground, 7mins walk to Victoria station. 10 mins walk to Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.
It’s a basement/ Lower ground flat with two bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room and a utility room.

Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, blender and all other essentials. Utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The flat is located in a very quite area, however Sainsbury’s local is only 3 mins away. We also have a big Sailsbury‘ and Waitrose in Pimlico, which’s only 10mins walk away. There’re plenty of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants within 5-10mins walk. Basically, everything that central London has to offer.

We’re 7mins walk from St. James’s Park, 10mins walk from Buckingham Palace and 15mins walk from Hyde Park if you like to run or just wonder around the park.

Current flatmates are: Ross (22) works for the Irish embassy and Nat (33) studies Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College London and works part time. We are very friendly and sociable however, we also respect each other’s privacy. We enjoy spending time together, chatting in the kitchen (our favourite spot), cooking, going for walks and brunching with our friends.
Nat loves to cook delicious and healthy meals and therefore we quite often host dinner parties for friends on Saturday evenings. Ross is interested in politics, likes to read and enjoys running. At the moment we both work/ study from home however, Ross will be back to the office as soon as the lockdown ease off. Nat volunteers at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital every evening and she will be on placement at another hospital in summer.

The price for the room is reduced from £1250 to £900 pcm including all bills: WiFi, electricity, gas, water and weekly cleaner. The price will stay reduced for at least 6 months from the moment you move in. We’re looking for someone to move in April however the date is negotiable.
