Modern Room in Friendly Pimlico Flat

A lovely room has become available in a modern, sociable flat in Westminster. A great central location with close access to Pimlico, St James’ Park and Victoria tube stations as well as iconic landmarks such as Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. There are great pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby including the famous Regency Café found at the end of the street. There is a cool, little food market open for lunch on weekdays and plenty of newsagents and a Sainsburys Local just around the corner that stay open until late. There is also a Sainsburys supermarket about a 12-minute walk away for a full weekly shop.

The flat is on the second floor of a very secure building, with electronic key operated gates. The flat has three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen which is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat has been recently refurbished and comes with a fortnightly cleaner. The current flatmates are a lovely young couple (Caitlin and Dyllan from Manchester) and a very friendly female (Sobita from Edinburgh). Caitlin studies at Chelsea while Dyllan works at a pub around the corner so you can look forward to some discounted drinks. Sobita works in the city as a civil servant. We all love to cook and don’t mind sharing bits and pieces, pots and pans.

The room available comes furnished with a double bed and has a large window to let in plenty of natural light. The room itself is nice and quiet with sound not travelling through the walls. All bills are included (Council tax, water, gas, electricity and Wifi).

Ideally, we’re looking for a young professional or student to add to our relaxed and sociable home. I am moving away for work so am looking for somebody to take my room as quickly as possible. We’re available for viewings all week.
