Recently refurbished flat in Westminster

Following the departure of the previous tenants in 2019, our lovely Westminster apartment has recently had a £58,000 makeover, making it perfect for relaxation, executive living and privacy in a prime location in the heart of Zone 1.

The previous ‘John Lewis look' has gone, replaced by luxurious bold patterns and textures in the style of interior designer Lulu Lyltle. These include a £9,800 Baby Bear sofa and a £3,000 Lily Drum table. The extremely spacious hall flooring has been stripped and polished.

You'll be sharing with me and my partner and our small child. We've also got a housemate called Rishi - he's an accountant. My mate Dominic used to hang out here a lot, but there have been quite a few comings and goings and he’s moved on. Said he didn’t like the new decor - he must need his eyes testing!

The apartment includes access to a garden, office space and a (very) high level of security, including gated access from the main road.

All bills are included, covering:

- Regular cleaning
- Utility bills
- TV license (although that may be scrapped)
- Netflix

Must like dogs, children and be comfortable being filmed entering and leaving the premises at all hours.
