Looking for a flatmate for a double room in our characterful Westminster flat - available immediately (from 06/09/21).

The large room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves, and hard-wood floors. It is bright, with four windows - it’s ready to put your own stamp on it! The flat is on the fifth floor of a council mansion block, with stair-only access. It has a shared kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with bath).

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Whitehall, close to Tate Britain and short walk to St James' Park. Pimlico is a good neighbourhood with coffee shops, a farmers market, and pubs.

We are ideally looking for a female young professional - we are two civil servants who enjoy having a nice home, plus socialising and playing tennis etc, and being close to the galleries of zone 1!

There isn't much communal space in the flat, so it is well suited to friendly yet In-and-Out lifestyles.
