About the location

The flat is centrally located between Westminster, Victoria and Pimlico. The nearest station is St James’s Park which is 10 min walk. You have literally all lines to get home even after midnight (Jubilee, Victoria, District, Hammersmith).

The building is located in a CCTV secured and a quiet neighbourhood. There is a residential parking, parking permit needs to be obtained for extra cost.

The nearest shop is Sainsbury’s local - 3 min walk. There are bigger Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco about 7 min walk. The nearest gym is St James’s park, where you can exercise for free 😄 The nearest shopping centre is 7 min walk. And loads of pubs, restaurants and coffee places nearby.

About the flat
The flat is big enough for two people. Located on the 2d floor. The rooms are NOT next to each other and separated by the living room, so gives a lot of privacy. The bathroom has a bathtub if you like having a bath. The kitchen is quite small, but has everything you need and there is a small balcony for those rare summer days. The flat is warm and dry and has a lot of natural sunlight. Please note there is no lift in the building.

About the room
The room is a good double room with a lot of sunlight. There is a brand new IKEA bed with a new mattress and mattress protector. Three door wardrobe with mirror, small desk, bed side table and a chest of drawers.

About the costs
The room is £800 per month! Yes, you read this right. We negotiated the price with a landlord in return to treat this house as home.
The bills will be roughly £120 extra. So all in all it’s around £920 in total. Just imagine how much money you save on transportation!!

About the tenant we are looking for:
You will have to go through the referencing process with the Dexters Agency, therefore you will need to present your bank statements, proof of employment/studies and your financial affordability. The contract is until June 2023 with potential extension.

The current tenant is sadly leaving London due to change of circumstances and I am looking for ideally a female who is friendly, tidy and will treat this flat as her own home.
