Beautiful Double Room & Big Terrace In Westminster

Hello future housemate!

I‘m sadly moving out of this amazing flat and it will be available Ideally around 11th October.
This is a 3 bedroom flat, you will be sharing with 2 lovely guys - Donato who is 34, Italian and Miguel, 27 from Barcelona. It is 2 min away from St. James‘s Park (can’t get any more central), lots of supermarkets around, Gymbox, 1rebel is only a few min away:)

We are looking for someone who can stay a minimum of 9 months, longer is always possible :)

The room: super big double bedroom, very bright with a big window, great for working from home (so much light all day long). There’s a massive wardrobe that fit all my clothes and jackets so you’re sorted :)

Bathroom: You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate

Communal area: we have a lovely living room, comfy sofas, matching interior (which is rare in London) including a big dining room table and the best kitchen set-up in the world. Lots of storage and space for you to cook.

Outside terrace: YES WE HAVE AN AMAZING OUTDOOR TERRACE! This sold me to the flat originally, big terrace, great for BBQ, it’s very quiet even though you’re in the middle of Westminster and the neighbours are all super nice!

We love to hang out together on the weekend, host a BBQ together or chat about life from time to time but likewise we all have our own friend circles as well.

The room is £1020, Bills comes to approx. £100-120 a month (including water, electricity, council tax, cleaner, etc). All furnished except the desk but happy to chat if you’d like to buy it off me :)
