2-bedroom sharing flat in Page Street, Pimlico, fully furnished, cat friendly (no cats currently but they are welcome!). Bills (electricity, heating, water, internet, sauna) are 150 GBP, so total 1150 GBP/mo. Whatsapp video call/ facetime available to show you the flat and your room so you can see before coming.

We are renting out our extra bedroom for the right roommate (as a lodger) starting anytime from now. We can schedule viewings everyday at 5PM-11PM onwards, or earlier upon request. Reach out if you need special arrangements!

As for us (your future roommates!), we are a couple and both working within the sustainability field. She works for a growing logistics startup, and he works for a biomaterial startup. We love to try cool new stuff, meet new people from different backgrounds, and always value a great sense of community atmosphere.

Ideally, we are looking for a long-term roommate (minimum 3 months) who can also be a great friend to hang out with. Be mindful that we can bring friends over from time to time, and you are free to do so as well! You should be responsible and have previous experience with house sharing. Despite the professional cleaning, we still expect you to do your share in maintaining your room and the communal areas tidy in between. :)

We will consider pets (except dogs), but note this has to be approved by the freeholder.
