A double room available in this two bed flat in a really fantastic location.

I am moving out and my lovely flatmate would like to stay on in the flat. The room is available from the 1st of August. The room itself has loads of storage with two closets and a built in chest of drawers. Due to our location it's also very quiet.

It's a great flat just off Horseferry Road, so really centrally located. It's a bright flat with large windows which are especially great during the Summer months. There is an internal courtyard which helps create a community with the building. The living room is a good space with good couches and a table for having people over for dinner. The kitchen is a good size and features gas cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. I can report all work very well. Another important thing is that the shower is very good. The broadband is excellent at 200Mbps.

There's decent pubs, shops, and supermarkets around the area. Transport links are good with St James Park, Pimlico, and Victoria stations all within a short walking distance. The West End and Southbank are also easily reached by walking less than 30mins. There are also Boris Bikes available on the same road as the flat.

We rent directly from the landlady, so no agency fees or anything to worry about - rent is 850 a month excluding bills.

You'll be sharing with a 30 year old French guy who works in the wine industry (so there is normally some lying around). He's a quiet and considerate housemate.
