Double room available in high end apartment building located less than a minute from the River Thames. The flat consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The room is fully furnished with a enormous Italian designer wardrobe, double bed and there is an option to have a desk and chair that are not currently pictured (current tenant did not want them).

There is a large living room with large wall mounted smart television. The kitchen has Swedish appliances and everything you would expect (oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher).

Communal areas within the apartment building include a fully kitted out gym and two roof terraces/gardens. The concierge is 12 hours a day.

I am a live-in landlord working in finance. I tend to work very long hours (typically home on average after 10:00pm during the week) and therefore rarely use the living room and the kitchen. At the weekends, I am mostly out of the flat too.

Bills will be approximately £150 p/m and include a cleaner, broadband, water, heating, electricity, gym membership and service charge.

Transport:
Kennington tube (Northern line) and Vauxhall (Victoria line) tube are 10 min walk; Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) is 15 min walk; Waterloo station is a 20 min walk.

I am a young professional interested in travelling, sport and socialising. When not working, I tend to be catching up on my social life. I'm always up for a beer and am fairly easy going. I occasionally host dinner parties in the flat (which you would of course be invited to) - don't worry, the cleaner is always booked for the next day!
