It is also 4-5 minutes walk from Waitrose, an M&S is also nearby and Whetstone High Road with it's shops, restaurants and bars/pubs. A Sainsbury's & Aldi are not far in North Finchley which also has above too. The street does have parking but is in a CPZ.

The flat would suit a friendly person who is willing to share the odd meal in the evening with current flat mate but also enjoys having their own space and independence.
