We're professionals, aged over 40, respectful of other's space, 1 small dog to complete the picture.

To rent, on the middle floor, is a furnished bedroom, with double bed, ample storage space and SkyQ. Two of the other bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, so you would have the family bathroom all to yourself.

The house is split over three levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen, TV room and guest WC.

The open-plan kitchen has an integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, double oven and stove-top and all the other tools and gadgets required in a decent kitchen.

It's a 12 minute walk to Oak Hill Park Station and close to shops. The house is a short bus ride from Totteridge & Whetstone on the Northern Line, or Southgate or Arnos Grove on the Piccadilly Line.

The rent of £900 pcm inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, broadband, Council Tax, Sky etc.) A security deposit of £900 is required.
