Double room near Westfield

Hi everyone, I'm Francesca and I'm subletting my room from May. For sure, I will sublet it from now for 3/4 months (the dates are negotiable).

I live with my flatmates in a Victorian house with a garden in front of the White City underground station. My room is fully furnished: double bed, a huge wardrobe with a chest of drawers, desk, chairs and a bedside table.

The position is strategic:
-in front of White City underground station (central line, 14 min to Oxford Circus),
-150 metre to Wood Lane (Circle and Hammersmith and City line)
-5 min walking to Westfield
- 72/220/95/228/272 bus stop in front of the house too
- the BBC Television Centre is next to us, with a new public area with restaurants (Putty&Bun, Homeslice, Bluebird, The Allis)

Tesco and Starbucks are also a few min walking distances, while Lidl, Sainsbury's, Poundland can be reached in 10 min walk or by bus or in a tube stop (Sheperd's Bush).

We are looking for a new tenant to replace me for these months who should be respectful and polite. We are all people from different countries, but we all speak English.

The cost of the room includes water/sewer, internet and cable and the Council Tax. Electricity, telephone and natural gas are excluded.
Short-lets are considered, but priority goes for who wants the room for the whole period.
