This lovely fully furnished bedroom in a 4 bedroom house is available for £820/pcm - this includes council tax and water bill. There’s gas&electricity bill and broadband on top so depending on the season it’s £40-100/pcm .

Great location!!! 2 min walk from White City Station (Central Line) and 4 mins from Woodlane (Hammersmith&City Line) also super close to Westfield and all the shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, White City House and Television Centre. Beautiful park 2 min walk as well.

Room is a good size plus there’s plenty of storage throughout the house. It comes furnished with a double bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Since the video was taken, it has a new chest of drawers.

There are 2 bathrooms which we split equally. 2 people per bathroom.

There is a study room/ office that we all share, in case of any work from home or needing a quiet space. It has a guest bed for our guests from time to time.

The living room is super spacious with a brand new sofa. Lots of space. From the living room you can access the back garden which is south facing so sunny all day (well when the sun is actually out).

You can apply for a parking permit with the council if needed.

We would like someone who would care for this house the same way as we do.. We're all expats that have lived in London for 8+ years and this is our home away from home, so creating a homely atmosphere is something we strive for.

About us:
Sophia 30's - works in media. Works from home 70% of the time.. Loves gym, reading, bike rides and cooking.
Gabor 30’s - works in marketing. Loves to travel, going gym, socialising with friends.
Richard 30's - works as a surveyor. Enjoys playing video games, reading, cycling and socialising with friends.

Most of the time we all are just doing our individual things but from time to time we get together for a drink or some food.
We are very relaxed people, we do not have parties in the house nor a lot of people around. The most important thing, as I’ve mentioned, is that the person that joins us is EXTREMELY NEAT and TIDY and wants to create a home.

We’re happy to do viewings either video or face to face.

Our landlord's a very fair man, everything is being taken care of with a great sense of urgency and your contract is protected by an agency too. Deposits are being put in the Deposit Protection Scheme.

The room is available from May 1st 2024. As mentioned above it’s a 6 month contract with a possibility to extend.
