Two double rooms available in 3 bed house

Hello,

I am looking for 2 flatmates for
beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom house in North London.

Room 1 is smaller but airy and light with window overlooking garden.
£660 pm including bills, £550 deposit move in date ideally by 8/6/2020

Room 2 is large with plenty of space and light, view into the street.
£860 pm including bills £750 deposit
move in date flexible - the sooner the better

House is located within 10 min walk to White Hart Lane overground train or 5 min walk to Tottenham Sport Centre bus stop. It takes 20-30 min to get to the center (Green Park).
Several shops within walking distance and Wood Green Cinema is 10 min by bus. There is nice park about 500 m plus bigger one within 10 min walk.

House has large sitting\dinning area, large kitchen with fridge\freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven. Wooden floors everywhere apart from stairs and hallway. Nice sized bathroom with window and bathtub with shower screen.

Couples accepted only If they’d like to take both rooms (£1520 all bills inc) as there is only 1 bathroom.

House is only partly furnished what came with the house are three bed frames with mattresses, three chest of drawers and sofa. Thanks to that there is plenty of space in the whole house for more drawers, wardrobe, table etc. Perfect If you own some furniture.

My housemates now have some of their things in living room as they weren’t able to come and get them because of current situation. That would be removed before you’d move in.

I have a dog and wouldn't mind having another one If they’d get along. Mine is 2.5 yo boy, not castrated. He is very chill and laid back. Barks only at postman and delivery guys. He loves cuddles and is very well behaved. Other animals considered as well. Only can’t accept cats because of allergy.

I work as pastry chef usually night shifts. Friendly, polite and respectful and I’d love to live with somebody who has similar qualities. I like to create friendly atmosphere so everybody can feel at home. I am into cooking/baking, books, movies, art and lot of other stuff.
