I am moving back to Australia with my partner in June and will be moving out of this awesome flat. The room is available from 6th June although, we might be flexible.
The flat is £900 PCM, paid direct to the landlord who is a legend and very responsive should you ever need anything. The bond is £1125

Total cost inc rent & bills etc. is circa £1050 each, PCM
You will be sharing the flat with an old friend of mine, Oli who is 32 and from Wales. Ol works in finance and is a total gentleman, clean & considerate. Does all the normal stuff like work Mon - Fri, go to the gym after work, odd night out for dinner & drinks but also chills and home from time to time. Super easy going and gets on with everyone.
