This is a good size comfortable room with a double bed, plenty of storage and a study desk.

This room is only available on a Monday to Friday lease basis so would suit someone working in London who returns home to be with family / out of town etc on all weekends.

THE FLAT

This is a lovely spacious third floor(top floor) flat, with a good sized communal kitchen and massive lounge and dining area.

The well equipped kitchen has oven and cooker, built in washer/dryer, 2 x Full size fridge/freezers, 2 x microwaves, communal nutri bullet etc etc.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, one is in the Master Bedroom so the other main bathroom, with bath / shower (strong mains pressure) & wc is to service the other bedrooms.

This is a social, neat & tidy but live and let live house with easy going young professionals, who are all wanting to maintain a homely social vibe but also always respecting each-others space and privacy.

Our neighbor's at the building we live in (Kempton Court) are very welcoming, friendly and social, so there rarely needs to be any feelings of loneliness in this complex, even through lockdown!!!

It is common for us to exercise together and have block catch up drinks/ parties/ bbq’s etc in the plentiful spacious socializing / recreational areas (although more so in the summer / spring months!!!)


We clean up after ourselves, but also have a professional cleaner through the common areas from time to time to help us out with the deep cleaning, as well as the following inclusions with your monthly bill.

From within our estate and on the main street of Whitechapel directly outside (Whitechapel Road) you can look up to the city skyline and lights of London, and see iconic buildings like the Shard and the Gherkin.
