Large room in a four floor Georgian townhouse for rent includes dedicated office area for two.

The house is a family home so has a large high spec kitchen with dining area and sofa plus sitting room with a lovely fire.

The large room for rent has a super king bed, luxury hand made mattress, built in wardrobes, sofa and built in TV cabinet. The room overlooks a pretty square within a Georgian conservation area.

The house has three loos and two bathrooms. The family bathroom has a bath that is big enough to do laps in with a rainfall shower.

You will share the house with three females. One works in a school, the other runs an edtech biz and the fourth is Lizzy the dog, who is super friendly if somewhat sexiest in that she loves men beyond reason.

You will be mid thirties upwards, male or female. Fun, considerate, and pull your weight to keep the place homey. We respect each other and the house.
We’re a houseshare but a home first. Equally happy having dinner together as we are having our own space. Ultimately, it’s a house of professionals enjoying life.. well as much as you can during a pandemic!
