I’m looking for an amazing flatmate to come and live in this lovely flat!

Are you looking for somewhere nice to live, in a vibrant area with great transport links to central London?

I’d like to find someone who is going to treat the flat like their home, and be sociable but also respect each other’s space. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy cooking, baking, watching films or Netflix binging, with the occasional late-night wine-fuelled chat. I’ve lived with housemates for a few years so I’m looking for more of a housemate situation, than a landlord/tenant.

The room bright and a good-sized double, furnished with a bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and loads of shelving. It is much better and bigger than it looks - you have to see it in-person!

The flat has a huge living room with dining area and a separate kitchen (also with a dining area!).

The rent is inclusive of all bills etc, excelt fortnightly cleaner.

Dollis Hill / Neasden stations are only 7 min walk away! It only takes 25 mins to get to Bond Street!
