Bright double room next to Dollis Hill station

Your room

Lovely houseshare with recently refurbished kitchen, massive living area and a beautiful garden. The house is 30 seconds walk from Dollis Hill station and 3 min walk from Gladstone Park. The room is super cosy and comes with a double bed with under bed storage, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's south facing so it gets a lot of light.

You will be sharing with 6 other people, however due to work abroad and due to Corona 2 people are out of the house at the moment for a longer period of time. You’ll share the bathroom with 3 people and there is a bathroom downstairs as well. The other rooms are En-suits.

The bills are a fix price of 65£ only and this also includes shared cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc. Netflix and fast Wifi are included as well. During the warmer months we sometimes get ‘bill-free’ months since the fix price is based on the colder months.

There are quite a few off-licence shops right next door and a big Sainsburys and Lidl around 15min walk away or a short bus ride.

We would like to find someone social, clean and tidy. We all have our own lifes but often sit together and watch a movie or have a drink. I am flexible with the move out date, you can move in asap but the room should be filled latest by the 7th of February.
