The room is furnished with a good quality double-bed (that has plenty of under-bed storage), a large wardrobe, and a desk, with plenty of extra floorspace for any other furniture that you may want to bring (or if, like me, you took up home workouts during lockdown!).

There are two other friendly, sociable housemates - one is Spanish and works in a Japanese restaurant and the other is Turkish and works in an organic greengrocer, so the flat is always filled with top quality, fresh food. The flat is also shared with one objectively amazing dog; he's an old, super-chilled, super-friendly, golden retriever who sleeps all day and causes absolutely no fuss at all. He just wants to be your friend and I'll miss him very much!

WiFi is included in the rent with other utility bills collectively coming in low.

The flat also benefits from a massive open-plan kitchen/ lounge space and a large backdoor garden that is a total sun trap throughout the afternoon, perfect for the summer.
