Lovely Shared House In Willesden Green

Hello, I am leaving my room in Willesden Green NW London for pastures new. As I'm sure you've surmised I'm consequently looking for a new housemate to hopefully move in late July or early August, with some flexibility on the date.

The house is a four bedroom property with a large living room, sizable kitchen, and well maintained garden. There is an upstairs bathroom (including reliable shower!), as well as a downstairs toilet. The living room also has a folding bed for visitors.

The room itself is located at the back of the house away from the street. With only one connecting wall to the neighbour's study it is very quite for London. It comes furnished with: a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, small desk, chair, and bedside table.

The house is situated on a quite residential street 5-10 minutes walk from Willesden Green Tube Station. This is a short 20 minute ride from Central London, and has very good bus connections as well. Also of note a proper Sainsbury's is on the way to the station, which is very helpful.

The current housemates are an Aussie teacher, an Italian barista, and a Bulgarian IT wizz. They are all pretty chilled. As a house there is the flexibility to have your own space or share the odd bottle of wine in the living room over a movie. The garden also lends itself to a summer BBQ. weather permitting!

On to the boring stuff. The rent is £580 a month with the shared bills averaging to around £70 a month depending on the time of year. The deposit is a reasonable £400, and the landlord/agent will require a reference as well. There is potentially an admin fee of £150, but i am trying to clarify with the agent if this is still applicable given the recent changes to the law.

Given the current composition of the house a professional is preferable, ideally between the ages of 25-35. Someone sociable enough to appreciate a chat and odd house event, but also with their own life should fit in well.
