Looking for a flatmate to share my modern two-bed duplex flat in Willesden Green with me.
It’s available from mid-May 2021 - £600/month for a Mon-Fri let including all bills, plus £600 deposit.
The flat is a lovely big space (1170 square feet) - set back from the road, so always peaceful.
The double room is large (14ft x 8.5ft), upstairs and at the rear of the flat, so nice and private. It's bright and spacious, furnished with a double bed (with four in-built storage drawers), large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and large window with blackout blinds.
The main bathroom is also upstairs, along with the other bedroom.
Downstairs is a modern kitchen, large open-plan shared living room/dining area, second toilet, and private garden.
The shared living area has a 58" smart TV (with Sky Sports, Netflix and Amazon subscriptions), sound bar, sofas, large dining table and breakfast bar.
Dishwasher, washing machine, fast fibre broadband, double-glazing and underfloor heating, plus secure block entry system, lift, recycling/bin-room and bicycle storeroom.
Transport is easy - 5-minute walk to Willesden Green on the Jubilee line (14 mins to Bond Street and 20 mins to Waterloo) and bus routes galore right outside.
Big Sainsbury's directly opposite, and plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars nearby.
Gladstone Park and Roundwood Park are each a 10-minute walk away, with cafes and new floodlit tennis courts.
About me, I’m 44, friendly, easy-going, tidy and a clean, considerate flatmate with a busy social life, pandemic-permitting. House party days are in the past, but as the world returns to normal, you’ll probably get the odd invite to gigs, sports, pub quizzes or nights out.
I work in TV subtitling. Yep, it’s an actual industry!
Been working from home, so pretty flexible with viewings. Happy to answer any questions or have a video call for pre-viewing.
