Large room in friendly household

My room is available from 3rd June in a mixed nationality, chilled out houseshare on a very quiet street, 10-15 min walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee line) and 5min walk from many bus routes to central London.

It's a good size double room with high ceilings and a built in double wardrobe. There's a big window facing the garden and you hear zero traffic - just birds in the morning! The room is part furnished and doesn't come with a bed. There is a chest of drawers and the built in wardrobe.

The house has a kitchen with 2 fridges and gas hob, a decent size lounge and a massive garden with a patio, great for morning coffee and summer BBQs.

You'll be sharing with 3 guys, 2 girls from a mix of countries- Spain, France and Poland, so this is a very multi-lingual household! Everyone speaks English but all nationalities of course welcome.

Mixture of working professionals. We like to socialise sometimes at weekends but this is NOT a party household - it is a quiet house where everyone likes their privacy.

*PETS* - are considered! There were two chihuahuas living here at one point, and a cat will be living here in a month's time!

The house is in a great location for commuting to central london - it's only 11min to Bond St on the Jubilee line from Willesden Green, and there's direct 24h buses back which stop 5 min from the house.

It's a friendly and safe part of London with a big supermarket 10min walk away, local shops minutes away and Willesden Sports centre 8min walk, which has an amazing gym and pool etc.

The room is available from 3/6 and the rent is paid on the 11th of each month, so to secure the room you would just pay the remainder of the rent until the 11th, plus a £540 deposit when you move in. ALL BILLS INCLUDED except council tax (33.50) included
