We are currently terminating our contract early as two flatmates are moving out.

I'm Denise, I'm 24 years old and I'm Spanish. I work as an Online Merchandiser for Ebay. I'm very outgoing, friendly and spontaneous. I enjoy cooking, watching a good show on Netflix with some wine on a Friday night and going to dance classes as well!

Currently I am looking for other two tenants to live with me and another flatmate in this flat situated in NW. We live on the top of the building so it is really chilled up here, it seems we don't even have neighbors.

Rent for both rooms advertised are £685 plus bills which would be shared between the four tenants:

Wifi with sky = £28 a month fixed / £7 each fixed
British Gas = £180 a month now / £45 each now
Council Tax = £185.63 a month fixed/ £46.40 each fixed
Water Bill = Still needs to be sorted out

So bills would come up to £100 depending on usage, as for example British Gas would depend on how much we use each month. As metre readings have to be submitted.
