A spacious, bright room in a lovely friendly house share in Willesden Green.

About the property:
I have spent a year living in this lovely large double room in Willesden Green. I am moving out to live with my brother but will be really sad to leave!!!

The room has lots of light due to the dual aspect windows, and is very spacious indeed and has the perfect amount of spare flooring for those lockdown workouts!! It is a peaceful room with no noise issues. There is also plenty of space for a desk to WFH.
The flat is shared by 4 young professional women (ages 29/30!) but you will only have to share the bathroom with 3 others as another room has an en suite. We have a bath and a shower!
There is a large yet cosy living area where we love to relax and watch a film or an episode of Love at First Sight or Drag Race, and there is also a dining table, and a balcony - perfect for summer aperol spritzes!!
There is a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, plus an entrance hall with some storage.
There is also a huge communal garden with lots of space, which has been an absolute godsend during lockdown and the location of many summer BBQs!!

About the flat mates:
We are 3 young professionals working in the fashion/retail/finance industries. We all love to spend time together when we can and frequently cook dinner for each other as we all love food!! Recent nights in have included cocktail night, making the Hoppers at Home kit, and playing board games!! Equally we do value our time to ourselves and like to relax in our own rooms from time to time.

About the area:
The flat is just over 5 minutes walk from Willesden Green station with the jubilee line (so very convenient for Bond Street, London Bridge and Canary Wharf!) and around 10 minutes walk from Brondesbury Park overground which has convenient links to south and east London! We are also within walking distance of Hampstead Heath, plus all the lovely Hampstead Pubs! Notting Hill is also a walk away - lovely for weekends browsing the shops!
The flat is a very short walk from some really good pubs and restaurants in Queens Park, plus for lockdown we have an excellent variety of takeaways - highlights included the Best Broasted (amazing fried chicken), Beer and Burger, and the Cedar for the best Lebanese food I’ve ever had!

Bills are £95ish pcm and parking is available for an extra monthly cost - we currently split it between 3 and it’s £8 each!
