I do have a guy who will buddy up with someone leaving the smaller room at £650 + 40% of the bills, he will pay 60%

WIFI( super fast broadband) £20 ( I can sign the the WiFi contract over to whoever’s moving in)
These costs would be split on 2 rooms sharing

The flat is great for entertaining with an awesome open planned, bright, warm kitchen and living space. The master bedroom is very large and the double room is average sized.
The water pressure for the shower is really good not just a “Drip” lol

The flat is super warm ,usually I have my heating on permanently during the winter months but haven’t needed to here.

The flat it situated just a 3 minute walk from Willesden Green underground station (Jubilee line) and all shops and amenities.

10 Minutes from Kilburn high road
5 minutes cricklewood broadway

The reason we are moving out the property is due to loss of Job.
