AFFORDABLE ROOMS IN WAREHOUSE AVAILABLE!
The rooms are £595 and £500 with ALL BILLS COVERED - including communal things such as toilet paper, cleaning stuff etc.

About us: We are a group of creatives, who join their efforts to create a social, creative, and stimulating space where we can work and explore. The housemates include bakers, artists, actors, and musicians of all genders, sexualities and nationalities.
We have plenty of fun things such as:
-Pole (for pole dancing)
-Aerial silks
-Piano+ half-working organ+ less than half working retro piano
-Several guitars (acoustic, classic and electric)
-other intruments (saxophone, tymbals, etc)
-Painting space
-MASSIVE common area (if that wasn´t obvious yet), for communal use. This is used for painting, acting self-tapes, performing, dancing, and social activities like movie nights on our projector!
-Upstairs workshop
-Lights (photo lights, theatre lights, lasers...)
-Projector screen
-Two gorgeous cats
-So many more things I can´t even remember them all (no kidding)
In terms of regular common areas we have:
-1 Toilet & shower + 1 toilet + 1 shower
-kitchen, cleaning area, etc
-small extra sitting area next to the kitchen
-Again, HUGE main space

PREFERRED FLATMATE: it needs to be someone open, sociable and creative. We are a big family in the house, so looking for people who will fit in with us and enjoy working and playing creatively here.
