We have a lovely double room to rent in a very good location on a secondary road, it's about 5 mins walk to the station and a two minute walk from the main road, a very short walk from the police station.
We are very clean and tidy people, so we are looking for the same type of people to share our house with. The room is nice size, have double beds, big wardrobes, bedsits and chest of drawers. There is a lovely DOUBLE KITCHEN which is fully equipped with (fridge, freezer ,mixer, microwave , oven, kettle),and a living room and dining room with TV. We have a back garden, in the summer with gazebo and table with chairs, ideal for summer BBQ-s. There is also really good storage space if needed.
To get to the central just takes 10 minutes by underground to baker street , Oxford circus and Piccadilly circus, and there are lots of buses, too. There is a Sainsbury's Superstore which is open till 11 pm and it's less then a 5 minute walk from the front door of the house. The local area also has many small shops, restaurants, banks and a library. We are looking for friendly and tidy professionals, PLEASE NO DIRTY, STRANGE OR DODGY PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THANKS.
THE PRICE is: £660/month (incl .rent, council, water, gas, electricity, Italian and English TV channels internet) plus £4/week/person for the cleaner.
What we require is 1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit. These rooms are truly value for money, and it's available from 1st of Dec.
