Big Double Room £650/Month/ Long/Short Term

After 2,5 years my huge bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat becomes available for long term rent as I am moving countries.
The room is a master bedroom and the biggest in the flat with built in wardrobes, bay windows (double glazed), double bed, and a desk (optional). The room has enough space for a sofa if you have one.
The flat: 3 bedroom fully furnished flat with everything you need in the kitchen (I will leave here my coffee machine, sandwich maker, mixer etc if you need it). We have a small living room with a table and chairs, where we sometimes have dinner and drinks together.
The toilet and the bathroom are separate.
There is carpet in the rooms and on the stairs, and the whole property was refurbished few years ago and it is in very good condition.
You would be living with another 2 girls. They are very friendly and sometimes like sharing a glass of wine. The last 2,5 years we haven’t had any problems as everyone respect each other’s space. This is not a party flat, but friends and visitors are always welcome.
Location: nearest station is Dollis Hill (5min walk), and Willesden bus garage is about the same distance. Very good bus connection towards the central.
The room is £650/month including bills. On the top of that we only pay for gas quarterly (summer: approximately £30, winter:£60/person for 3 months). The deposit is £760.
The new flatmate would ideally move in on the last week of january, but it can be negotiated, I am flexible with move in dates.
