Beautiful Double Room available in nice 2 bed flat

My flat is nice and spacious.

My daughter was living with me but has gone to live with her boyfriend and so I have a double bedroom to let.

I am a Foreign Exchange Consultant, which means i'm out most of the time on weekdays working.

I am gay so i'd need a flatmate who is comfortable with that. My partner Adonis comes over a couple of times a week.

I'm 40 with grown a grown up daughter so i'm looking for a peaceful flatmate as opposed to one who wants to party. I used to drink and go out alot but i'm less into it nowadays. I'm more of a meal and few drinks these days. I am trying to be as open and transaparent in this advert as possible.
To be fair I am fairly easy to get along with!

There are 2 neighbours. The ones below have a child of a few weeks but I rarely here the baby. They have a dog that barks a bit but doesn't bother me and it's sporadic and not very often.

Above the flat is a single mother with a young son at nursery and so he sometimes runs around which can be annoying as you can here his footsteps. However I am out until about 7pm most days so it has never bothered me but might if someone was around the house in the day time.

I'm looking for a clean flatmate who has shared before preferably. Someone easy to get along with who is respectful. Someone who will respect the neighbours have young families.

In terms of the area, well it isn't the greatest area. I have never had any trouble and my 17 year old daughter never did either.
It's largely multicultural
There are people who smoke in the street and play music but as I say I never have any trouble. i walk to and from the station to work and nobody ever says anything to me.
