Downstairs, the house has a large, welcoming lounge and dining area, with French doors out to a sunny, secluded garden with patio furniture. There is a galley kitchen, and a family bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms – the spacious double, which is large, bright and airy, with plenty of storage (3 double wardrobes) and its own TV, and 2 smaller rooms, occupied by the other 2 housemates. Both current housemates are friendly, young professionals who are sociable, yet respectful of privacy – which makes for a nice, relaxed house atmosphere.
Despite its proximity to the bustling and friendly Wimbledon town centre, the house is situated in a quiet, residential road, so you won't be disturbed by traffic or noise from the bars and restaurants.

Bills, tax and wifi are not included but are standard for the Merton area.
