Very large double ensuite in friendly flat

I'm moving out of London so looking for someone to take my place in a three bedroom flat in Wimbledon, living with two female professionals in their mid twenties.

The room is very spacious, its like it's own studio with space for a 'bedroom' and 'living room' side. There's a lovely ensuite shower room too. Technically the flat comes unfurnished but I'll be leaving my double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and hanging rail - so you'll have all the essentials!

Downstairs there's a shared kitchen/diner/living room with all essential appliances including dishwasher.

Wimbledon station (district line and national rail) is 10 minutes walk - it's 20 minutes from here to Waterloo. Wimbledon Park underground station (district line) is also 10 minutes walk. The 493, 156 and N87 buses stop just around the corner, taking you to Tooting (and St George's Hospital) and Clapham/Vauxhall.

We're also right next to Leopold Road shops (newsagents, off-licence, cafes/restaurants, etc) and there is a big Waitrose a couple of minutes walk away.

Parking with a permit is available outside the house but there's also street parking not requiring a permit less than 5 minutes walk away.

The room will be available from 14th June at £700 a month plus bills (about £90 including fibre broadband and NowTV). No agency fees!
