Large Double Room in a fun, friendly house!

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and fun new housemate! The room advertised is a large beautiful furnished double room by itself on the 2nd floor. There is a bathroom on the same floor. See photos 6,7,8,9

The house has a large kitchen, a dining room, conservatory which we use as a lounge, two bathrooms and a large garden with patio which we use to have drinks and relax after a long week working (new outdoor heater + fire pit to enjoy all together). A small summerhouse has just been installed at the end of the garden for private socialising etc

The room is available from 25th November.

Great transport links with Wimbledon station (District line and overground train line) and South Wimbledon underground (Northern line) within 10-15mins walk.

You'll be sharing the house with 4 sociable working professionals aged 25-30, 3 male 1 female. We would love to have another professional to join us.

We are looking for someone who is sociable with the other housemates, tidy and cleans up after themselves.
