The bedroom for rent is furnished with a good quality large single bed, a large double wardrobe and has its own ensuite shower room. You will be sharing the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The rent includes all bills, wireless broadband and cleaner fortnightly. Very close to local shops, cafes & Bars including several Supermarkets. There are great transport Links into Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Kingston and
South Wimbledon Tube Station whips on the Northern Line which runs 24/7 and of course the District Line Tube at Wimbledon. One months rent is required as deposit to secure the room. Also very close St. George’s Hospital. The house was recently extended with a new kitchen & Sliding doors leading into a small patio. Monday to Friday preferably, but will consider weekly at an increased price of £900pcm.
