Living Room – New Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC IPlayer etc.
Two large cupboards in hallway with lots of room to absorb any additional storage needs.
Cleaner – comes every 2 weeks

Transport Links
Merton Park Tram – 2 min walk. Trams every 5 mins to Wimbledon Central if you can’t be bothered to walk.
Central Wimbledon – 10 mins walk. District Line and Overground Trains to Waterloo
South Wimbledon Tube – 9 min walk to the Northern Line

Parking – available if needed. You would need to apply for a permit which is £57 for 6 months, £90 for 12 months.

Garden – large garden with garden shed, side gate access, safe for storing bikes.

Rent/Deposit - £840 inclusive of all bills. Private rental so no fees, reference checks etc.

A bit about me – Young professional. Currently doing shift work at St. Georges Hospital – so can come and go at funny times of day and night (Ideal for parcel deliveries!). Enjoy cooking, keeping fit, cycling to work, socialising with friends – the usual really.
Things I care about – coffee, the environment, dogs.

Type of person I’m looking for – professional, tidy, considerate. Someone who is independent but also enjoys a good chin wag on the sofa, watching TV and drinking wine. No couples please.
