Shared bathroom (just shared with me) with bath and power shower. Large kitchen and large living room shared. Nice Garden and balcony too. Permit parking available altho flat is perfect for using public transport with 2 train stations very close by, buses two mins walk taking you into Wimbledon (District Line underground and main line), to South Wimbledon and to Morden (both Northern Line). Walking distance (10-15 mins) to tram stop for easy access to Croydon. 5 mins drive from A3.

Ideally looking for a professional working in the area .Monday-Friday preferred (and rent would be reduced for this) but would consider full time or short term. Shift workers fine.

I’m a professional working in the NHS,,,normally out office hours but working from home mainly at the moment.
