The current tenants are 3 professionals seeking a like-minded housemate to complete their home. Interests in the house range from lots of cooking, wine/drinks (often with each other), cycling, sport, TV.

Overall, we always enjoyed having a few drinks in front of the TV, enjoy having people over for dinner or BBQs - depending on the English weather! Otherwise, during the week they all work fairly balanced hours and there is normally someone at home by 18:00.

The room is on the first floor. The bathroom is shared with only two others as the top room is an en suite.
The double bedroom is spacious, bright and fully furnished. The wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and desk all stay. We have ample storage space for suitcases and extra bits and bobs in the "office" on the first floor. Also, there is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.

Generally, it can be said that sound doesn’t travel through the house at all.

In terms of shared living space, we have an open plan kitchen and living room area with two large sofas and a 52 inch TV. The dining table seats 8 and the room has bi-fold doors that open into the south-facing garden so when the sun comes out, it's a great entertaining area for BBQs and drinks!

The garden has a patio, garden furniture and a BBQ which is frequently used during the summer! A cleaner comes every week and cleans all bedrooms, including the communal areas, and does the bins/ dishes so the place always looks pretty smart.

It's an 8-minute walk to get to Wimbledon Station where you can catch the National Rail/District line. If you're based in the City, it's a less than 20-minute train journey to get to Waterloo and then 1 stop to Bank. 5 mins from Hayden’s Road Station which takes you into Blackfriars and a less than 15-minute walk to South Wimbledon on the northern line - we are really well connected.

There is on-street parking available.
