We have a double room available in a large six bedroom house in Wimbledon/Colliers Wood area, postcode SW19. The house is furnished, the kitchen has a dishwasher, there are three bathrooms in the house, and we have garden.
The house is a a 10-15min walk to either Wimbledon central (District and Circle Line) or Colliers Wood (Northern Line) or, a 3min walk to Haydons Road station (Thameslink service goes to London Blackfriars, Farringdon and Kings Cross. The location is perfect for Central London transport links.
The room is £650pcm including bills. Looking for a minimum stay up until the 9th November 2022. A deposit of a £650 will be required on the move-in date and rent is to be paid on the 9th of every calendar month.
We are looking for a new housemate who is in full-time employment and ideally works sociable hours (Morning- Evening). The house is relaxed, quiet in the evenings and sociable at the weekends. There are six rooms in the house, but we are only looking for one more housemate. Two of the rooms are used for storage and other purpose!
