The location of the house is also a big advantage, as all London transport links are easily accessible, many within a short walking distance from the house. Wimbledon Chase station is no more than a 3 minute walk away, where you have easy, direct access to Central London locations such as London Blackfriars, City Thameslink and Farringdon. It's also a 3 minute train journey to Wimbledon where you can access the District Line, Overground and Tramlink.

There are also numerous bus routes that run from the area that can take you to South Wimbledon within minutes, where you can access the Northern Line, and in the other direction, Raynes Park is 5 minutes away, providing easy, direct access to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo.

You can also walk to Wimbledon in 15-20 minutes, Raynes park is also a 10-15 minute walk away and South Wimbledon around 20 minutes walk from the house.

There are a number of nice, independent cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a new Costa coffee shop. There's also a good, recently refurbished gastro pub at the end of the road as well as a Tesco Express, Co-Op and a small M&S, so you don't have to go far to find what you're looking for.

Bills (including broadband) are included in the rent, so that includes, Water, Council Tax and TV license.

Off street parking is also included as the house has a drive with space for 2 cars.
