Single room with shared bathroom and kitchen in a modern flat which is located in a gated development. The flat will be shared with the owner, non-smoking professional lady.

The room is available immediately and comes partially furnished with a single bed, a desk and built in wardrobe.

The flat has laminated flooring and features a kitchen, with shared fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a communal garden and parking facilities.

The flat is in a fantastic area and well connected to public transport: Wimbledon Station (15-20 mins), Colliers Wood Station (5-10 mins), Haydons Road Station (10-15 mins) and South Wimbledon Station (20-25 mins) on foot. There are frequent direct buses from various places (Wimbledon, Colliers Wood, Kingston, Tooting, Mitcham, Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Stockwell and City).

The area is close to cafes, restaurants, bars, Theatre and Cinema in Wimbledon. Sainsbury and Marks and Spencer in Colliers Wood is about 7-10 mins walk away. Wimbledon Tennis Court is about 20 mins bus ride or 45 mins on foot.

St Georges Hospital is about 15 -20 mins walk on foot.

There are local gyms in the area (Virgin Active) less than 5 mins away.
Bills are included - normally between £150 percm (per person) including water, electricity, council tax and wireless internet.

I am looking for a one non-smoking person to share the flat with.
Unfortunately I am not able to offer the room to couples or similar - sorry.
I am a professional lady (civil servant), who enjoys a range of social activities, including cooking and eating out.

I respect people's privacy and space, but also friendly and sociable.
