Big room in Wimbledon

I've got a really big master bedroom in a very affordable shared house in Wimbledon. It's about 12 minutes walk to Wimbledon station, although there's a tram stop on the way if you're feeling lazy. Trains run every 6 minutes to central London, and the district line runs from there too. You can be in Waterloo in 20 minutes! It's also about 8 minutes walk to Wimbledon Chase station in the other direction.

The room is much bigger than normal London rooms, with built in cupboards, a shelving unit, computer table, bookcase and a new bed.

The house is a 4 bedroom, with a garden and off street parking if you have a car. It's a quiet road, and close to loads of shops. Wimbledon High Street is a massive winner, though there's loads on Kingston Road as well.

You'd be sharing with an English guy, a South African guy and an Estonian couple. There's a separate bathroom and toilet, and a power shower so there's always hot water and no bathroom queues. Everyone's a professional and easy going.

I'm only moving out as my boyfriend and I are buying a place, but this room is really cheap and good value. The rent is 475 per month, with bills coming to about 75 a month in winter and less in summer this includes everything - gas, water, electricity, broadband, and full Sky TV - including all the sports channels. (There's a big lounge with 3 couches). The rent is due on the 18th of every month.
