The room is spacious and light with a bay window, and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, two wardrobes and chest of drawers. There's additional storage on the landing and under the stairs.

I am a live-out landlord, but live nearby so am always on-hand if anything needs sorting.

The existing flatmates are early 30s and are clean and sociable - keen to respect everyone's own space, but always with time for a BBQ in the garden or a drink on the Common! They are keen to keep communal areas as tidy, homely and welcoming for everyone.

Raynes Park station is a 2 min walk and has trains every few minutes into Waterloo (20 mins journey). Wimbledon is one stop which has both Underground and British Rail. On-street parking is available for £120 for a year, and there's always space outside. The A3 is 3 mins drive away.

An effortless place to live with several supermarkets nearby including Waitrose, Sainsbury's and The Co-op. Raynes Park has several bars, pubs and restaurants. Wimbledon Town and Village are also nearby for more shops, bars and restaurants.

For active people and nature lovers there are three local parks, and Wimbledon Common is nearby (and some great 'country' pubs and Wimbledon Village too!).
