Lovely modern Wimbledon flat

Hi,

I love this flat so much, but my other housemates are moving out due to work/corona so I’m looking to find people to join me!

It’s a lovely top floor Wimbledon flat in a perfect location between the Broadway, village and park areas! It's nice and modern and was recently refurbished just before I moved in. The flat is a 3 bed with a large living room, balcony, big square kitchen (inc. dishwasher and washing machine), and separate toilet/bathroom. The flat is really bright, has plenty of storage, and I’d love to find some people who want to be friends as well as housemates!

This will be my third year living here and the landlords are so lovely too. The current move in date is January 26th but there may be some flex.

The large room £750 comes unfurnished but features a big built in mirrored double wardrobe, and has plenty of space for a desk to WFH. (If furniture is a dealbreaker let me know!)

The smaller bedroom £550 comes with a double bed and does have a very large double mirrored wardrobe as well but it’s just outside the room to give you maximum space! You could also put a desk in the living room to WFH so plenty of space in the rest of the flat.

The rest of the flat is furnished by myself/previous tenants but there’s plenty of shared storage or space to bring your own things! The block has a communal garden and shared parking on a first come first served basis, and we have a downstairs storage cupboard which could be used for bikes or suitcases so it's got everything you could need.

The flat is in a great location, feels super safe and is well connected being just a 10 minute walk from the mainline station with access to Waterloo in just over 15 minutes. There's also access to the district line there and then the northern line at South Wimb isn’t too far away so a great 24hr option after a night out (if things ever open up late again). Wimbledon has loads of shops and it’s also only a 10 minute walk to the park and village so it's an ideal location between everything.

I’m 26 and work as a creative in an advertising agency in central london (although from home atm). I love baking, travelling, pub quizzes, shopping and would love some housemates who will chat and sit down watching Netflix at the end of the day, but also respect each other’s space.

The boring bit...Bills are around £100 each month including speedy fibre broadband, virgin tv, netflix, council tax, electricity/gas and water.
