THE HOUSE
The house has 4 double rooms of which 3 are occupied and 1 is going to be vacant. Each bedroom is furnished. The communal area is very spacious and comfortable along with the open plan kitchen and diner.

This bedroom is situated on its own floor at the top, it has its own en-suite bathroom, so the common bathroom will be shared by 3 other tenants... so you have your own. There is a separate toilet in the utility area also which is on the ground floor. There is a small private garden at the back of the house. The property has very good quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings, decorated in pleasant colours, gas central heating and double glazing.

THE TENANT
The maximum number of house mates are 4 people in the house; one in each room. Currently there are 3 male tenants; they are professionals, easy going and very pleasant who kepp themselves to themselves. We don’t want party animals or wild tenants; as the house does not tolerate such behaviour.

THE AREA
A beautiful spacious house share located in Merton Park , Wimbledon SW19. Walking distance to Merton Park Tram station, South Wimbledon Underground and Wimbledon Station all within 10mins walk. Surround by local amenities. The area is very quiet and residential and everything is walking distance.

Wimbledon Station (10 mins walk or get the Tram)
