Very chilled home by Wimbledon Park

ENTIRE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF FOR 4 NIGHTS - SHORT LET.
Hi everyone!
I need to move out for the summer, but dates are a little bit flexible....
Presently, Claire uses the second room for 3 nights max a week. If you would like the entire property, the rent before bills is £1700.
It's £1400 for a couple.
If you work near Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Victoria or Waterloo, this will be the ideal place for you. It's right beside Wimbledon Park district line underground. 5 minutes (1 stop) from Wimbledon British Rail, both are very well connected.

THE HOME: The kitchen which is especially great in the summer as it leads onto the lovely garden and has a BBQ, tables and chairs etc. There's a bathroom with shower, a very good sized yet cozy and bright living room with two sofa/sofa-beds (so lots of space for spreading out in the evening). 

The bedroom has a super-comfortable king sized double bed. It has a full-length mirrored double wardrobe, storage under the bed and a large set of drawers. It has a black-out curtain on the French doors out to the garden.

If you like a busy house with lots of other tenants you might find it too quiet. Claire is friendly, easy-going, and her home is based in Norfolk. 

CONNECTIONS: It's 3 minutes walk to Wimbledon Park station (district line) and 5 minutes from it to Wimbledon/Wimbledon BR which goes to Clapham Junction and Waterloo in minutes. The District line takes you to Victoria in 25mins and a bus at the bottom of the road takes you in to Clapham Junction in 25 minutes, also.

LOCAL AREA: It's safe and pretty. There is free parking on the quiet tree-lined road EXCEPT between 11-3pm, so if you use your car for work it will be free in the evening and morning but you'll need a permit otherwise. There are shops, cafes and restaurants around the corner (from 3 minutes walk). There are two entrances to the fabulous Wimbledon Park on either side of the house.
