Double in Friendly Share - Wimbledon Park

We have a cosy room to rent from March 1 with a house-share of some really awesome, funny, honest and genuine people. There are 6 other professionals in the house; 1 Canadian, 1 New Zealand, 1 Lithuanian and 3 British. We're very respectful of each other's space so the lounge and kitchen downstairs are our hot-spots for evening catch-ups.

We have 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with 3 fridges, 2 washing machines, a dishwasher, and an oven and stove top. The lounge is the hotspot of the house with a massive homely couch and all the TV set-up needs. We also have a great outside area with an apple tree and table and chairs.

The three-story house has so much space for everyone and is only a 3min walk away from Wimbledon Park station; bus routes are even closer. There's a Co-op basically at our doorstep. The rent includes all expenses so there's no worry about extra electricity bills during the winter months. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, etc. We also have a cleaner that comes in weekly to clean the main areas of the house (cost included). We like to keep the house tidy so we all do our part to help out.

The reason the room is free is because I'm moving after having called this place home for 5 years - it really is a great place!
